Every Fretweave order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your strap arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

How it works

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
  3. We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

If a strap is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.
